Here we go again!

T&M has submitted their revised proposal for a permit to blast and mine north of Sallisaw near Sequoyah Little Farms.

Any letters you already sent have been thrown away, this is a new application and we must object all over again.

Right now, everyone needs to do two things:

First, send a quick letter of objection to the Department of Mines.  No need for a big bunch of complaints but you can write a long letter if it makes you feel better!

Send this letter to:

Oklahoma Department of Mines
2915 North Classen Blvd. Suite 213
Oklahoma City, OK 73106

In the letter, refer to the T&M application for mining permit in Sequoyah County OK.

The second letter is to the editor of the Sequoyah County Times.  You can mail that letter or submit it direct at http://sequoyahcountytimes.com/ scroll to the bottom and click Write the Editor.

It will help if you send letters to the Tulsa, Muskogee, and Fort Smith papers also.

We'll hold another public meeting in Sallisaw at a later date.

This thing hasn't gone away, friends.  We delayed it, and we'll continue to fight until we win.  And I'm absolutely confident WE WILL WIN, because we won't stop until we do!

In the meantime, please consider how much your home and quality of life are worth and how much you can afford to save them.  We may win before any money is needed, but we may reach the point where we need substantial money for the legal fight.

When we need money, we'll sure let you know!
